Project will provides free access to tools, data to not only create this database, but also retrieve location information. A CellID is the unique number of a GSM cell for a given operator. Your phone is always connected to a Cell, and by knowing this number, you know the Cell, and by knowing the position of the cell, you know where you are. There is some accuracy issue, as the cell can cover from several hundreds of meters to several kilometers, but this could be a very good starting point to locate yourself.

The result when you do this is more than a clean read, it's browsing like the web was made for mobile.
Currently you have options to select what content gets left out if your device can't display everything (tables, iframes, applets, video, etc), or which of these get replaced by links so you can still access the content without overloading the browser. In a second version, (v.091), the developers added Legacy support and automatic update checks. And in future versions they are planning to improve video compatibility, and extend it to Flash videos and Google and Yahoo maps, in addition to other features. Also a range of templates will be available to enhance the style possibilities of supported websites.

Microfi Nitrogen is a native Windows Mobile application (unmanaged code) that allows you to play MP3/OGG songs stored on your Pocket PC device. It features file browser, custom playlists, full skin support, 10-band equalizer with presets, "Shuffle" and "Repeat" modes, a built-in sleep mode and a command to blank screen to prevent energy waste while playing music. Nitrogen uses the MAD and OVD decoders, which are opensource. As the official releases of MAD for Pocket PC seem to be discontinued, Nitrogen uses the libraries from an opensource player (GSPlayer). Nitrogen was build due to the lack of finger-friendly players for Pocket PC (you have to use stylus even for simple tasks). It features large buttons and you can browse among your playlist by drawing circles on the screen (tapping in the appropriate space). In future releases the program will be expected to have other extensions support, but such things are still being tested to ensure stability and efficience.
